Registration

Early Bird registration closes on Friday 10 August, and normal registration closes on Friday 24 August 2007. The Conference commences at 5.30pm on Sunday 23 September, and concludes at 2.00pm on Wednesday 26 September.

Conference Registration includes:

• Delegate satchel plus entry to all keynote presentations and conference sessions.
• Welcome Reception (drinks and canapés only) on Sunday 23 September and Conference Dinner on Tuesday 25 September.
• Lunch and refreshment breaks for the duration of the conference. Breakfast each day is at your own arrangement.
• Monday is a free night to explore the Gold Coast at your leisure - registration does NOT include dinner on Sunday 23 or Monday 24 September.

AUC University Subsidies

A limited number of Subsidy Vouchers will be offered to each University and will be available from your local AUC Representative .

The Subsidy Vouchers include:

• Airfare subsidy based on a Virgin Blue return group airfare from the nearest major airport to the Gold Coast or Brisbane (dollar amount will be specified based on actual group airfare)
• Accommodation subsidy of $154.00.
• Registration Subsidy of $200.00 off the cost of Conference Registration. Please Note: Early Bird Registration closed on 10 August.
  

Your Subsidy Voucher number must be entered at the online registration site at the time you complete the registration form.

Conference Registration Fee

Please note that for the purposes of registration, a Student is defined as doing a 75% full-time load, and proof of enrolment will be required. Please fax proof of enrolment to (02) 9906 1955, Attn: Sharon Bain.

The Partner Fee includes the Welcome Reception on Sunday evening, and the Conference Dinner on Tuesday evening only. Teas and lunches are not included in the Partner Fee.

If you intend to register using a subsidy you MUST first obtain a subsidy voucher code from your local AUC Representative.
