Conference Registration

You may want to print this page for reference. Only complete this step once you have been confirmed by the AUC and your University as being awarded a MacWorld Conference Scholarship. All amounts are in $US.

Step 1:

Got o the MacWorld Registration web site.

Step 2:

Discounts
Students / Educators - Students and educators are eligible to receive 15% off the conference registration prices.

Step 3:

Complete the first section of the form (Attendee Information) and make sure you enter the name of your University as the Company name. Also make sure your University email address is the one you use to register.

Step 4:

In the second section of the form (Conference Packages) make sure you select either the Platinum Pass, Power Tools or MacIT Conference streams. You are free to select any of the packages available however the package selected MUST include the MacIT Conference Stream to receive the Scholarship.

Step 5:

Complete the Attendee Profile section. Make sure you tick the 'Education - Higher Ed' Industry selection.

Step 6:

If paying by credit card you will need to complete the credit card details using the secure form.

If paying by cheque you will need to send via International Post the completed registration form AND either a copy of your University staff card or letter confirming your employment with the University (on University letterhead) to the USA.

Confirmation

You will receive an email confirming your registration within 1-2 days of completeing your registration form on-line. Print a copy to take with you to pick up your badge. If you have not received any confirmation you will need to call 0011 - 1 - 805 - 290 - 1341 and select '1' to speak with an IDG customer service representative.

Badge Pick-Up

International badges are NOT mailed to attendees so you will need to pick these up from the Moscone Centre upon your arrival in the USA. Take your printed confirmation to the North Hall of the Moscone Centre and your badge will be waiting for you.
