The additional subsidy consists of:

Accommodation Subsidy

Recipients of the training subsidy requiring travel to their nearest training venue will receive funding of up to $150 (inc-GST) per night (3 nights for a 3 day course, 4 nights for 4 day course) for accommodation at a nearby hotel. Funding only relates to room rate and any taxes, it does not include incidentals such as meals, room service, phone calls, laundry, movies, etc.

Airfare Subsidy

For recipients of the training subsidy who need to travel the AUC is offering to cover return economy airfares to their nearest capital city. We encourage you to use advance purchase and discount airfares to keep your airfare cost as low as possible. A limit applies of $550 for all airfares (economy, return, base airfare + taxes only, inc-GST).

We encourage you to use WebJet to find the lowest fare available.
