Wrest Point is the main Conference venue and is located at Sandy Bay, a 5 minute drive south of Hobart.  Wrest Point Hotel offers a range of accommodation types with different facilities.  All rates shown exclude breakfast (continental breakfast included for delegates only on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings only as part of Conference):

Executive Tower Room - $185.00 per room per night - 4.5 star

Standard Tower Room - $155.00 per room per night - 4 star
1 Queen Bed and 1 Single Bed, No Broadband access (dial up only), Derwent River or mountain view.

Water Edge Room - $130.00 per room per night – 3.5 star - SOLD OUT
1 King Bed, or 2 Single Beds (some have three single beds for triple share), Broadband access, lower banks of the Derwent River view.

Mountain Side Room - $110.00 per room per night – 3 star - SOLD OUT
1 Queen bed or 2 Single Beds, Broadband access, garden view.

Woolmers Inn Sandy Bay  – www.woolmersinn.com
Woolmers Inn is located in Sandy Bay, a 10 minute walk to Wrest Point and a 5 minute walk to Salamanca.  Two bedroom apartments (4 star) offer 1 Queen bedroom and a second bedroom with 2 single beds, or one double bedroom and a second bedroom with bunks, full kitchen, colour television with cable, guest laundry and car parking.  Woolmers does not have a restaurant, but is located within easy walking distance of many local places to eat.

$170.00 per two bedroom apartment per night inclusive of GST, excluding breakfast (1 – 4 persons). Woolmers Inn is subject to availability at the time of your registration.

Somerset on the Pier – www.the-ascott.com
Somerset on the Pier is an apartment style hotel located on Elizabeth Street Wharf at Constitution Dock.  Apartments are 5 star, with state of the art inclusions.  This is located a 20 minute walk to Wrest Point  (approx $8.00 taxi fare).  Family split level apartment includes two separate bedding areas – parents bedroom with King bed and loft bedroom with 2 single beds, laundry, two bathrooms, full kitchen, DVD player, small balcony.  Small coffee shop, close to local eating places at Dock and Salamanca.

$335.00 per Family apartment per night inclusive of GST, excluding breakfast (1 – 4 persons)
Somerset on the Pier is subject to availability at the time of your registration.

All bookings for accommodation at Wrest Point, Woolmers Inn or Somerset on the Pier must be made through ID Meetings & Events.  Full pre-payment of your total accommodation cost must be made to ID Meetings & Events in order to obtain the negotiated conference rates.  Payment on checkout is not possible.
